Solid experience working as all around Chef in a hotel or well reputable restaurant.
Can supervise team of F&B Production staff.
Ability to produce international cuisines and preparation with international menu standards and practices.
Controls and analyzes, on an ongoing basis, the following:
Quality levels of production and presentation including employee’s cafeteria.
Guest satisfaction.
Merchandizing and marketing.
Operating/payroll/food costs.
Cleanliness, sanitation, hygiene conformity with a special attention to HACCP Standards as laid down in the HACCP Manual.
Full knowledge in menu, and food preparation.
Strong communication skills.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED4,000.00 – AED5,000.00 per month
