Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Operations Coordinator to manage daily order processing, administrative tasks, and customer support. The ideal candidate should be organized, efficient, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily order processing and ensure accuracy in order fulfillment.
Occasionally act as a picker, responsible for picking, packing, and labeling orders for delivery.
Perform administrative tasks, including creating orders in the system, validating orders, and assigning deliveries to riders.
Ensure all orders are dispatched on time and monitor delivery schedules.
Handle incoming calls and assist customers with inquiries and operational concerns.
Respond promptly to customer queries and provide excellent service.
Collaborate with the operations team to streamline workflow and improve efficiency.
Requirements:
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Proficiency in order management systems is a plus.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Contract
