Role Overview
We are seeking an ambitious Mortgage Advisor with at least 1 year of experience in the mortgage or financial services industry. In this role, you will be the trusted guide for our clients, assessing their financial situations, explaining their options clearly, and helping them secure the right mortgage products.

Key Responsibilities
- Client Consultation: Meet with prospective clients to understand their financial goals, budget, and borrowing capacity.
- Market Research: Analyze and compare mortgage products from a variety of lenders to find the best match for the client’s needs.
- Application Management: Guide clients through the entire application process, ensuring all documentation is accurate, complete, and compliant.
- Relationship Building: Maintain strong relationships with clients, lenders, estate agents, and solicitors to ensure smooth communication and timely completions.
- Compliance: Adhere strictly to industry regulations and internal compliance standards.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience working as a Mortgage Advisor or in a directly related mortgage processing/advisory role.
- Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex financial concepts in plain language.
- Detail-Oriented: Excellent organizational skills and a sharp eye for detail when handling financial documents.
- Tech-Savvy: Comfortable utilizing mortgage CRM systems and sourcing software.
Pay: AED4,000.00 – AED8,000.00 per month
