Job Description: Retail Solution Sales Manager
The Retail Solution Sales Manager will drive regional sales growth across Electronic Shelf Labels (ESL), Digital Signage, and IoT retail solutions, with a primary focus on supermarkets and hypermarkets. The role involves leading large-scale retail digital transformation projects and expanding strategic retail accounts across the assigned region.
Key Responsibilities:
– Achieve and exceed assigned annual sales and growth targets.
– Build, manage, and maintain a strong, qualified sales pipeline across ESL, Signage, and IoT solutions.
– Acquire new supermarket and hypermarket accounts and drive multi-store rollouts.
– Lead the full sales cycle from prospecting and solution positioning to contract negotiation and closure.
– Deliver value-based executive presentations focused on:
– Pricing automation
– Promotion accuracy
– Operational efficiency
– Store digitalization
– Cross-sell Digital Signage and IoT solutions within existing ESL accounts.
– Develop and manage system integrator (SI) partners and channel relationships to support regional expansion.
– Work closely with HQ and technical teams to ensure successful project delivery and long-term client satisfaction.
