- Assist the Restaurant Manager in overseeing daily restaurant operations and ensuring smooth service.
- Supervise, train, and motivate the restaurant team to maintain high service standards.
- Ensure excellent guest satisfaction and promptly resolve customer concerns.
- Monitor staff performance, attendance, grooming, and compliance with company policies.
- Support inventory control, ordering, stock management, and cost control initiatives.
- Assist in achieving sales targets, controlling labor costs, and maintaining profitability.
- Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, health, and safety regulations.
- Coordinate effectively with the kitchen and bar teams to deliver a seamless guest experience.
- Act as Restaurant Manager in their absence and ensure business continuity.
Location: Dubai South
Requirement: Must be willing to be assigned in Dubai South.
Pay: AED9,000.00 – AED10,000.00 per month
