Retail Sales Merchandiser Jobs in Dubai at Maison Samira Maatouk
The Sales Merchandiser is responsible for ensuring the highest standards of product presentation, merchandising, stock availability, and customer experience across all Samira Maatouk Coffee Kiosks. The role supports sales growth by maintaining attractive displays, implementing promotional campaigns, monitoring inventory, and ensuring compliance with company merchandising and operational standards.
Key ResponsibilitiesMerchandising & Product Display
- Ensure all coffee products, retail items, and promotional displays are presented according to Samira Maatouk brand standards.
- Arrange shelves, gondolas, and display units to maximize product visibility and sales.
- Implement seasonal campaigns, promotional displays, and marketing materials.
- Maintain proper product rotation using FIFO (First In, First Out).
- Ensure all products are correctly priced and labeled.
- Replace damaged, expired, or poor-quality products immediately.
Sales Support
- Support kiosk teams in achieving daily and monthly sales targets.
- Identify opportunities to increase sales through cross-selling and upselling.
- Monitor fast-moving and slow-moving products and provide recommendations.
- Coordinate with kiosk staff to ensure product availability during peak hours.
- Assist in launching new products and promotional campaigns.
Inventory & Stock Management
- Conduct regular stock checks and inventory counts.
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate replenishment with the warehouse and supply chain team.
- Report stock shortages, overstock situations, and damaged products.
- Ensure inventory accuracy within SAP Business One (SAP B1).
- Minimize product wastage through effective stock management.
SAP Business One (SAP B1)
- Record merchandise movements accurately in SAP B1.
- Verify stock transfers between warehouse and kiosks.
- Assist in inventory reconciliation using SAP B1 reports.
- Report inventory discrepancies immediately.
- Ensure all merchandising data is updated accurately in the system.
Store Compliance
- Ensure kiosks comply with visual merchandising standards.
- Monitor cleanliness, product presentation, and display quality.
- Ensure promotional materials are current and correctly displayed.
- Conduct merchandising audits and submit findings to management.
- Maintain compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations.
Customer Experience
- Ensure products are displayed in a way that enhances the customer shopping experience.
- Assist customers with product inquiries when required.
- Support promotional events, sampling activities, and marketing campaigns.
- Maintain excellent product knowledge across all coffee varieties and retail merchandise.
Reporting
- Prepare daily merchandising reports.
- Submit stock availability reports.
- Report competitor activities and market trends.
- Highlight merchandising improvement opportunities.
- Provide sales feedback to management.
Pay: AED2,800.00 – AED3,500.00 per month
