We are seeking an experienced Construction Manager with proven UAE experience in villa and high-rise construction projects. The candidate will be responsible for managing all site activities, ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day construction activities for villa and high-rise projects.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers.
- Monitor project progress, quality, safety, and budget.
- Lead site engineers and construction teams.
- Ensure compliance with UAE regulations, project specifications, and HSE standards.
- Prepare progress reports and resolve site issues.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.
- 10+ years of construction experience, including at least 5 years in the UAE.
- Proven experience in villa and high-rise building projects.
- Strong leadership, planning, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office, Primavera P6/MS Project, and AutoCAD.
Pay: Up to AED25,000.00 per month
