About the Role
JAS Advertising is looking for an energetic and target-driven Retail Sales Executive to develop and manage small-to-medium, fast-moving signage and branding business.
The role is focused on actively generating new customers, converting enquiries quickly, developing repeat accounts and achieving monthly sales and collection targets.
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys being in the market, meeting customers and closing multiple orders rather than depending only on large project opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business through daily market visits, calls, referrals, networking and prospecting.
- Identify new shops, restaurants, cafés, offices, clinics, warehouses and other businesses requiring signage and branding.
- Visit existing and potential customers regularly.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable signage or branding solutions.
- Coordinate with estimation and design teams for quotations and artwork.
- Follow up quotations aggressively and convert them into confirmed orders.
- Negotiate pricing while maintaining company-approved margins.
- Build a strong base of repeat customers and recurring business.
- Cross-sell additional JAS services to existing customers.
- Maintain an active sales pipeline in the company CRM.
- Coordinate confirmed jobs with production and operations.
- Follow up customer payments and collections.
- Achieve assigned monthly sales, gross-profit and collection targets.
- Provide daily updates on customer visits, enquiries, quotations and orders.
Requirements
- Minimum 2–3 years of UAE sales experience.
- Previous experience in signage, printing, advertising, branding, vehicle graphics or related industries is strongly preferred.
- Good knowledge of common signage and printing products.
- Proven ability to generate business independently.
- Strong communication, negotiation and customer-handling skills.
- Comfortable with cold calling and daily field visits.
- Ability to handle multiple smaller enquiries and close orders quickly.
- Target-driven with a strong follow-up mentality.
- Basic knowledge of quotations, measurements and signage specifications is an advantage.
- CRM knowledge preferred.
- Valid UAE driving licence required.
- Own car preferred.
- English required; Arabic, Hindi or Malayalam is an advantage.
Candidate Profile
We are looking for a sales hunter, not someone who waits for enquiries.
You should be comfortable visiting the market daily, finding new customers, following up continuously and building your own customer portfolio.
Performance will be measured primarily on:
New Customers → Quotations → Conversion → Gross Profit → Collections → Repeat Business

Pay: AED4,000.00 – AED5,000.00 per month
