Job Summary
The Technical Staff – Electrical Technician is responsible for the installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, repair, and servicing of coffee machines, vending machines, and related electrical equipment. The role requires strong electrical knowledge, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to provide quality technical support while ensuring customer satisfaction and compliance with safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Install, test, and commission coffee machines, vending machines, and related equipment at customer sites.
- Perform preventive maintenance according to the company’s service schedule.
- Diagnose and repair electrical, electronic, and mechanical faults.
- Conduct electrical wiring, testing, and troubleshooting using appropriate tools and equipment.
- Ensure machines are operating safely and efficiently after installation or repair.
- Replace defective electrical and mechanical components as required.
- Refill and calibrate machines during service visits when necessary.
- Respond promptly to customer service calls and emergency breakdowns.
- Complete service reports, maintenance checklists, and installation documentation.
- Maintain company tools, equipment, and service vehicles in good working condition.
- Follow health, safety, and electrical regulations at all times.
- Provide basic operational training to customers after installation.
- Coordinate with the operations and sales teams regarding installation schedules and customer requirements.
- Maintain a professional appearance and provide excellent customer service during site visits.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Technical Certificate in Electrical , Electronics, Electromechanics, or a related field.
- Basic knowledge of electrical circuits, wiring, motors, switches, relays, sensors, and control systems.
- Experience in installing and repairing electrical equipment, coffee machines, vending machines, or similar equipment is an advantage.
Pay: AED2,000.00 – AED2,500.00 per month
