Maintenance Worker (Freezer/Chillers) cum Production Assistant
We are seeking a skilled and dependable Maintenance Worker to manage the maintenance of freezers and chillers while assisting with daily production activities. This role also includes participation in events, ensuring that equipment is functioning optimally during special occasions and activities.
Key Responsibilities: Freezer/Chiller Maintenance:
Perform regular inspections and maintenance of freezers and chillers.
Troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical faults in refrigeration equipment.
Replace malfunctioning parts such as compressors, fans, thermostats, and other cooling components.
Monitor temperature levels and ensure compliance with safety and health standards.
Maintain maintenance logs, inspection reports, and service records.
Production Assistance:
Assist the production team in operational tasks as required, ensuring production runs smoothly.
Ensure proper functioning of production machinery and assist in day-to-day activities.
Help with the setup and coordination of events, ensuring all equipment functions correctly during special activities.
Support with packaging, labeling, and ensuring production areas are clean and organized.
General Responsibilities:
Work closely with team members across different departments, including maintenance and production.
Report any issues or concerns to management promptly.
Follow all company safety protocols and ensure the production environment adheres to health and safety standards.
Skills & Qualifications:
Proven experience in freezer/chiller maintenance, and basic production tasks.
Knowledge of production processes and equipment.
Ability to perform minor repairs on mechanical and electrical systems.
Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
Ability to work in cold environments as required by freezer/chiller maintenance.
Willingness to assist during events and ensure smooth operations.
Education & Experience:
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Certification in refrigeration, HVAC, or a related field is a plus.
Previous experience in maintenance or production roles preferred.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED1,300.00 – AED1,400.00 per month
