Role Description:

Market and sell the bank’s various products and achieve the retail banking targets.

Provide all banking services to customers of a prominent level of quality and efficiency in accordance with the customer service standards of the Bank.

Educate and encourage the customers to use alternative electronic channels for the Bank’s diverse services.

Achieve the profitability targets of the branch.

Main Duties & Responsibilities

:Strengthen relationships with the customers to identify their needs and create sales & marketing opportunities that meet their needs

.Provide excellent banking services to customers and focus on customer satisfaction & resolve customer querie

sPromotes bank products and services to achieve assigned targets (accounts opening, debit cards, internet banking, TDs, Secured loans, credit cards, Retail loans, etc.…

)Follow different methods to realize sales opportunities through (Calls – Visits – Meetings …. etc.

)Approach lists of leads to be contacted and obtain referrals from existing customer

sCross-sell various bank products like payroll, LGs, LC

sHandle of following service within approved bank procedures of signature changes and updates

.Guide the customers to use the various electronic banking services and educate them on how to use them (ATM – Online Banking & Mobile APP

)Record daily sales activities and monitor the personal performance towards target achievement through different systems such as (CRM or SALES APP

)Refer to corporate products (credit and non-credit

)Contribute to realizing the branch’s profitability by focusing on selling high-profitability product

sExecute all the procedures related to the account openin

gReporting any suspicious transactions to the compliance AML departmen
