Roles & Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day branch operations across multiple locations
- Coordinate with mall management, landlords, and property management teams
- Handle permits, approvals, gate passes, and compliance requirements
- Coordinate fit-out projects, renovations, and new branch openings
- Process trade licenses, government approvals, and regulatory documentation
- Manage vendor coordination, maintenance activities, and facility requirements
- Maintain branch records, contracts, licenses, and operational reports
