About the Role
A leading international premium fitness and wellness equipment brand is hiring a Field Service Engineer for its Jazan territory. This is a customer-facing, hands-on technical role for someone who takes pride in getting it right for the end user, resolving installation and maintenance issues with care, professionalism, and technical precision.
The successful candidate will act as the customer's main point of contact for service requests, ensuring full satisfaction with every visit.
Key Responsibilities
-Carry out service jobs following established procedures and quality standards
-Meet performance targets for response times, first-time fix rates, and job completion
-Manage spare parts stock and maintain accurate inventory records
-Train and educate customers on the correct use and care of equipment
-Diagnose root causes of technical issues and identify the right parts and solutions
-Complete work orders thoroughly and accurately per assigned procedures
-Prepare and submit service reports
-Provide structured technical feedback on recurring issues
-Keep customers informed with accurate arrival times and updates
-Escalate or reassign jobs when needed
-Report service data accurately and on time
-Maintain all tools, equipment, and vehicles safely, in line with health & safety standards
