We are seeking an experienced and proactive Restaurant Supervisor to join our team at The Brunchroom by Morsel, a popular all-day dining café known for its premium brunch experience and high service standards.
Job Summary
Responsible for overseeing daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth service flow, maintaining quality standards, and leading the front-of-house team to deliver excellent guest experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily restaurant operations and front-of-house staff
- Ensure high standards of service, cleanliness, and guest satisfaction
- Coordinate between kitchen and service teams for smooth workflow
- Handle guest complaints and resolve issues professionally
- Train, guide, and support service staff
- Monitor service performance and support shift management
- Ensure compliance with company standards and procedures
Requirements
- Previous experience in F&B or hospitality supervisory role required
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced restaurant environment
- UAE experience preferred
