Job Description

Responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a quick service restaurant, ensuring excellent customer service, operational efficiency, food quality, and compliance with company standards. Involves supervising team members, maintaining productivity, and supporting the Operations Manager in achieving sales and operational goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and lead restaurant staff during daily operations and shifts.
  • Ensure exceptional customer service and promptly resolve guest concerns.
  • Monitor food quality, presentation, cleanliness, and service standards.
  • Coordinate opening and closing procedures.
  • Train, coach, and motivate team members to achieve performance standards.
  • Prepare staff schedules and ensure adequate staffing levels.
  • Monitor employee attendance, grooming, and adherence to company policies.
  • Maintain inventory levels and coordinate stock ordering and receiving.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, HACCP, and health regulations.
  • Monitor cash handling, POS transactions, and daily sales reconciliation.
  • Control labor costs, food costs, and minimize waste.
  • Support sales initiatives and implement promotional activities.
  • Prepare daily operational reports and communicate performance to management.
  • Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and performance evaluations.
  • Foster a positive work environment focused on teamwork and continuous improvement.

Preferred Qualifications

  • 3 years of supervisory experience in a Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) or fast-food environment.
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills.
  • Knowledge of food safety standards (HACCP/Food Safety).
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
  • Proficient in POS systems and Microsoft Office.
