We are looking for a Project Coordinator to join our team immediately. Candidates with an engineering background are preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate project activities and ensure timely execution.
- Liaise with clients, engineers, inspectors, and internal departments.
- Prepare and maintain project schedules, reports, and documentation.
- Monitor project progress and follow up on pending tasks.
- Coordinate the requirements and resource allocation.
- Ensure all project documents are updated and maintained.
- Support the project team in meeting client requirements.
- Handle project-related correspondence tasks.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering (preferred).
- 1–3 years of experience in project coordination or a similar role.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
- Immediate joiners are preferred.
