We are looking for a Project Coordinator to join our team immediately. Candidates with an engineering background are preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate project activities and ensure timely execution.
  • Liaise with clients, engineers, inspectors, and internal departments.
  • Prepare and maintain project schedules, reports, and documentation.
  • Monitor project progress and follow up on pending tasks.
  • Coordinate the requirements and resource allocation.
  • Ensure all project documents are updated and maintained.
  • Support the project team in meeting client requirements.
  • Handle project-related correspondence tasks.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering (preferred).
  • 1–3 years of experience in project coordination or a similar role.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
  • Immediate joiners are preferred.
