Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Restaurant Manager with expertise in to lead the operations of a well-established restaurant in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, exceptional customer service abilities, and a passion for delivering high-quality dining experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service.
Manage and train staff, fostering a positive and professional work environment.
Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and customer satisfaction.
Develop and implement strategies to boost revenue and manage costs effectively.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints promptly and professionally.
Coordinate with chefs and kitchen staff to ensure seamless communication and service delivery.
Monitor inventory and manage vendor relationships for supplies and ingredients.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager,.
Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure effectively.
Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
Customer-focused approach with a commitment to delivering an excellent dining experience.
