- Responsible in managing all operations issues and ensure regulations and procedures recommended by UAE government and other related authorities are followed in the restaurant.
- Manage training & development, and performance management of restaurant staff.
- Responsible in developing strategy focused on improving customer satisfaction and financial growth.
- Implement higher standards of service in all restaurant business operations including dining-in, delivery and take-away.
- Create a long-term relationships with new and regular customers and implement effective customer loyalty programs.
- Responsible in timely submission of daily operational expenditure reports, invoices, and other details to Finance Department.
- Prepare reports for the use by top management, internal / external auditors.
