Skills Required:

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills

· Competencies in data entry, analysis and management

· Sensitive to details and ability to efficiently manage time

· Physically able to lift and carry materials weighing up to 10Kgs

· Knowledge of proper inventory management

· Familiar in handling civil and MEP materials

· Knowledge of occupational hazards and safety precautions applicable to work

· Extensive knowledge in inventory control procedures

· Able to operate and enter information in a computerized inventory system

· Able to perform simple arithmetic computation

· Able to work in a fast paced environment

Duties & Responsibilities:

· Itemize supplies according to classification through proper stacking of goods inside the store and ensuring the store is not jam – packed

· Inventories supplies and equipment by the end of the day

· Maintains organized, clean, safe and secured storage of materials

· Safely and delicately handles the items and products in a store

· Maintains receipts, records and withdrawals of materials from the storage rooms

· Receives and issues the right items in correct quantity

· Verifies that supplies received are listed on requisitions and invoices before allowing goods inside the store

· Inspect deliveries for damages and discrepancies.

· Ensure adequate record keeping and manage all documentation to confirm proper stock levels and maintain inventory control

· Maintain a professional relationship with supplier and co- workers

Pay: AED1,500.00 – AED1,800.00 per month
