We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented individual to join our team as Sales Operations Executive. This dual-role position is critical in ensuring regulatory compliance while supporting the efficiency of our sales operations. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, possess excellent organizational skills, and have a strong commitment to maintaining high standards of integrity and accuracy.
Responsibilities
Manage the end-to-end process of real estate transactions, including preparing contracts, coordinating with buyers, sellers, and agents, and ensuring timely completion of all paperwork.
Providing administration support for exclusive projects like maintaining master inventory, preparing sales offer, understanding the documentation process, and preparing SPA/ Booking form.
Execute Contract A, B & F for units of Exclusive projects
Assist in maintaining and improving sales process documentation.
Track transaction progress to meet critical deadlines and compliance requirements.
Coordinate open houses, showings, and other client-facing events.
Handle correspondence, contracts, and other documentation related to sales activities.
Develop and refine processes to improve the efficiency of sales operations.
Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure sales materials align with current campaigns.
Act as a liaison between clients, agents, and internal teams to facilitate communication.
Qualifications
Experience: Preferred 1 year experience in real estate sales operations/compliance
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Attention to detail and ability to work under minimal supervision.
