- Development & Configuration:
- Execute end-to-end development on the ServiceNow platform, especially within HRSD modules
- Build custom forms, workflows, and integrations for HR case management
- Develop and maintain Knowledge Base articles and dashboards
- Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform and HRSD modules.
- Experience with JavaScript, REST APIs, and integration tools.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
- Design, develop, and maintain ServiceNow HRSD applications and workflows.
- Integrate ServiceNow with Oracle systems and other third-party platforms.
- Create and manage record producers, catalog items, and HR case templates.
- Develop and optimize business rules, client scripts, UI policies, and script includes.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to HRSD functionality and integrations.
- Operational Support:
- Provide technical support for HRSD-related incidents, problems, and change requests
- Collaborate with HR teams to resolve issues and improve service delivery
- Stakeholder Engagement:
- Participate in requirement gathering and stakeholder workshops
- Liaise with business analysts and HR leads to align technical solutions with business needs
- Documentation & Reporting:
- Maintain daily progress reports and trackers, as seen in HRSD ServiceNow
- Soft Skills:
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
- Problem-solving and analytical thinking.
- Ability to work in cross-functional teams.
- Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
