What You’ll Be Doing:
As a Membership Sales Agent, you’re not just selling gym memberships – you’re helping people transform their lives. You’ll bring energy, confidence, and hustle to every interaction, whether you’re on the gym floor, hosting outreach events, or connecting with corporate partners.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Generating leads through creative outreach, referrals, and local events
- Listening to prospects and understanding what truly motivates them
- Hitting daily and monthly sales targets
- Delivering outstanding service that turns enquiries into committed members
- Representing the GymNation brand with enthusiasm and professionalism
What We’re Looking For:
- A natural people person who thrives in a fast-paced environment
- Someone passionate about fitness, who genuinely believes in the product
- Confident, self-motivated, and target-driven
- Excellent communication skills (fluent English is essential)
- Sales or fitness industry experience is a plus, but not essential
