Resident Engineer, Cybersecurity
Eligibility Requirement: Candidates must be currently based in Saudi Arabia with valid residency and work authorization. Preference will be given to applicants with local Saudi work eligibility.
We are seeking an experienced Resident Engineer to support the delivery and
ongoing operation of Prisma Access and SASE solutions within enterprise customer
environments.
This is a hands-on, customer-facing role focused on implementation, optimisation,
and day-to-day technical ownership. You will work closely with customer teams to
ensure solutions are delivered effectively, operate reliably, and evolve in line with
business needs.
This is not a presales or strategy-only position. You will be embedded with the
customer, supporting delivery, troubleshooting issues, and maintaining high service
standards across complex environments.
Key Responsibilities
· Support the delivery and ongoing operation of Prisma Access / SASE solutions
· within customer environments
· Contribute to solution design, implementation, migration, and optimisation
· activities
· Act as a key technical point of contact for the customer on a day-to-day basis
· Participate in customer workshops, requirements gathering, and design
· discussions
· Produce and maintain:
o High-Level Designs (HLDs)
o Low-Level Designs (LLDs)
o Migration plans Implementation and operational documentation
· Support migrations from:
o Legacy VPN solutions
o MPLS environments
o On-prem firewall estates
· Troubleshoot and resolve network and security issues across Prisma Access and
· related technologies
· Work closely with project managers, architects, and customer teams to support
· successful delivery outcomes
· Provide knowledge transfer and operational support to customer teams
· Contribute to continuous improvement of delivery standards, documentation, and
· best practices
Required Skills & Experience
· Strong hands-on experience working with Prisma Access in enterprise
· environments
· Good understanding of:
o SASE / SSE architectures
o Enterprise networking, routing, VPNs, and firewall technologies
o Identity integration (e.g. Entra ID / Azure AD, Okta or similar)
o Zero Trust and modern access models
· Experience in customer-facing delivery, support, or engineering roles
· Comfortable working directly with customer stakeholders and technical teams
· Solid documentation and design capability (HLD / LLD)
· Experience supporting migrations from:
o Legacy VPN solutions
o MPLS environments
o On-prem firewall estates (Palo Alto or equivalent)
Desirable Skills & Certifications
· Palo Alto certifications (PCNSE, Prisma, or equivalent)
· Experience with the wider Palo Alto SASE / Strata / cloud security portfolio
· Experience working in large, complex, multi-site enterprise environments
Job Type: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: From ﷼1.00 per day
