Reservations Manager

Oversee the entire reservations function across a portfolio of hotel properties.

Utilize Opera Cloud PMS, Synxis and Channel Manager systems for inventory management.

Optimize room rate distribution across all channels, including OTAs, GDS and the hotel’s direct website.

Implement dynamic rate strategies in response to market demand and competitive set.

Administer and maintain QTA Rack Rates within the Property Management System.

Closely monitor channel performance, analyzing booking pace and conversion rates.

Generate occupancy and revenue forecasts to inform inventory allocation.

Align reservation tactics and promotional offers with sales and marketing initiatives.

Provide detailed management reports on bookings, ADR and pace.

Strive to increase direct bookings and reduce reliance on high-commission OTAs.

Lead and supervise the central reservations team.

Apply meticulous attention to detail for all rate and inventory inputs.

Draw on proven revenue management experience in a hotel or reservation setting.
