Reservation Supervisor

Manage distribution, revenue and rates across a portfolio of hotel properties.

Utilize Opera Cloud PMS, Synxis and Channel Manager systems for multi-property oversight.

Optimize room rates across multiple channels including OTAs, GDS and direct channels to ensure competitive pricing.

Implement real-time dynamic pricing strategies based on demand, competition and market trends.

Administer QTA Rack Rates through the Property Management System.

Monitor channel performance metrics including booking pace, conversion rates and commissions.

Generate revenue forecasts using booking trends and historical data.

Align pricing strategies and promotional campaigns with sales and marketing teams.

Provide detailed reports on ADR, RevPAR, occupancy rates and performance metrics.

Increase direct bookings while reducing dependency on high-commission OTAs.

Lead and manage reservation teams with strong supervisory abilities.

Demonstrate excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Supervisory experience in a hotel or reservation setting preferred.
