· Assessing warranty questions from the customer;
· Providing oral and written advice to the customer;
· Coordinating, monitoring and supervising the service activities to be carried out, occasionally also on location;
· The (technical) preparation of the assignments (planning in time, personnel and budget);
· Carrying out commercial assignments, for example providing technical assistance.
Skills & Experience:
**Ship Engine Experience**
· Educational background (Vocation or Bachelor) in the field of Marof, Shipbuilding or Mechanical Engineering;
· Knowledge of various ship systems;
· You have great communication skills, are committed and customer-oriented and you have the Services mentality;
· You are a good planner and organizer, you always keep a good overview and you have an eye for quality;
· Good command of English language, both verbal and written.

Pay: AED9,000.00 – AED13,000.00 per month
