As a Webflow Developer at Code Hive, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality Webflow websites that enhance our brand’s digital presence. You will collaborate with various teams to create visually appealing, user-friendly, and high-performing websites that align with business objectives. This role requires a combination of technical expertise, design skills, and strategic thinking to optimize user experience and drive engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
Webflow Development:
Design, develop, and maintain responsive websites using Webflow.
Implement custom animations, interactions, and design elements to enhance user experience.
Optimize website performance, ensuring fast load times and smooth functionality.
Utilize Webflow CMS for dynamic content management.
Web Design & UI/UX:
Create visually compelling and intuitive website designs.
Ensure websites are user-friendly, mobile-responsive, and aligned with branding guidelines.
Work with designers to translate Figma/Adobe XD designs into functional Webflow sites.
Integrations & Custom Development:
Integrate third-party tools, APIs, and plugins to enhance website functionality.
Implement custom code (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) when necessary to extend Webflow capabilities.
Troubleshoot and debug issues to maintain website reliability and performance.
SEO & Performance Optimization:
Implement on-page SEO best practices, including structured data, meta tags, and image optimization.
Ensure websites adhere to accessibility standards and best practices.
Regularly monitor website performance and security.
Content Management & Collaboration:
Work closely with marketing and content teams to ensure seamless content updates.
Provide training and documentation for non-technical users to manage content in Webflow CMS.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align website functionality with business needs.
Market & Industry Research:
Stay up-to-date with Webflow updates, web development trends, and emerging technologies.
Research competitor websites to implement innovative design and functionality improvements.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Web Development, Computer Science, Design, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Webflow Developer with a strong portfolio of Webflow projects.
Proficiency in Webflow CMS, interactions, and animations.
Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
Experience integrating third-party APIs and custom code in Webflow.
Knowledge of SEO best practices and website performance optimization.
Familiarity with Figma, Adobe XD, or other design tools.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
Fluency in English; Arabic proficiency is a plus.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
