The Role
We are seeking a high-caliber, tech-savvy Sales Representative to join our growing team in Riyadh. As the face of Strategy+, you will be a results-oriented "hunter" capable of navigating complex B2B and government sales cycles across the Kingdom. We are looking for a professional who thrives on building deep relationships and closing deals in a fast-paced environment, all while maintaining operational excellence through modern project management tools. This is a role for those who can balance high-energy outreach with the strategic precision required to deliver bespoke marketing and consultancy solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Prospecting: Identify and engage high-value leads across the Kingdom.
- Pipeline Management: Drive the full sales lifecycle from discovery to closing.
- Consultative Selling: Present bespoke strategic solutions to C-suite executives and government stakeholders.
- Digital Excellence: Maintain 100% accuracy in lead tracking and project handovers using our internal platforms.

Requirements
- Experience: 3+ years in B2B sales, preferably within consultancy or marketing.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Nationality: This position is strictly open to Saudi Nationals.
- CRM Expertise: Mastery of HubSpot is required for pipeline management and lead nurturing.
- Project Management: Proven experience using Asana to manage tasks and cross-functional collaboration.
- Languages: Full professional fluency in both Arabic and English (Written & Spoken) is mandatory.
- Skills: Strong negotiation, presentation, and "closing" skills.
- Mindset: A deep understanding of the Saudi business culture and Vision 2030 opportunities.
