Key Responsibilities
- Tenant Engagement: Understand prospective tenants’ lifestyle preferences, housing requirements, and budget constraints.
- Property Showings: Conduct engaging property tours highlighting key amenities, unit features, and neighborhood benefits.
- Lease Negotiation: Facilitate smooth agreements and rent negotiations between landlords and tenants.
- Documentation & Compliance: Guide clients through rental applications, contracts, and move-in procedures.
- Portfolio Management: Maintain active listings and build strong relationships with property owners and landlords.
Candidate Requirements
- Gender: Female candidates only
- Experience: Proven track record specifically in rental leasing or real estate sales
- Skills: Strong negotiation, communication, and tenant-relations capabilities
- Availability: Local hiring only (Must reside in Qatar)
- Preferred: Familiarity with rental CRM software and multilingual abilities
