Business Development Manager – Soft Services (Facility Management)

We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Business Development / Operations Manager to join our growing Facility Management team – City Care Facility Management LLC . Candidates with experience in both Operations & Business Development or Business Development / Sales within the Facility Management industry are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute business development strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Identify and secure new contracts in the Facility Management sector.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and key stakeholders.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and tender submissions.
- Manage client accounts and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate with the operations team to ensure smooth service delivery.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and long-term contract renewals.
Preferred Industry Experience
Candidates should have proven experience in one or more of the following service divisions:
- Soft Services
- Security Services
- Cleaning Services
- Pest Control
- Termite Control
- Rope Access Services
Preference will be given to candidates who have successfully managed or secured contracts with:
- Schools and educational institutions
- Government entities
- Corporate clients
- Long-term Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC)
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Facility Management.
- Experience in Operations & Business Development or Business Development/Sales.
- Valid UAE Driving Licence with Vehicle (Mandatory).
- Immediate joiner or available to join on short notice.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification.
- Bilingual (English is mandatory; Arabic is an added advantage).
- Strong negotiation, communication, and client relationship management skills.
- Excellent knowledge of the UAE Facility Management market.
