Rental Sales Executive – Rent A Car

Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and target-driven Rental Sales Executive for our Rent A Car business. The candidate will be responsible for generating rental bookings, handling customer inquiries, and maximizing fleet utilization through effective sales strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle walk-in, online, and phone inquiries for car rentals
- Promote daily, weekly, and monthly rental packages
- Convert inquiries into confirmed bookings
- Coordinate vehicle availability and delivery schedules
- Explain rental terms, pricing, insurance, and policies to customers
- Prepare rental agreements and ensure proper documentation
- Upsell add-ons such as insurance upgrades, GPS, and chauffeur services
- Build and maintain relationships with corporate and individual clients
- Follow up with leads and ensure repeat business
- Maintain accurate records in the system
Requirements:
- Proven experience in rent a car / automotive / sales (UAE experience preferred)
- Strong sales and negotiation skills
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Ability to achieve sales targets and work under pressure
- Knowledge of UAE roads and locations
- Valid UAE driving license (preferred)
- Familiarity with rental software/CRM is an advantage
- Fluency in English (Arabic or other languages is a plus)
Salary & Benefits:

Pay: AED2,200.00 – AED2,500.00 per month
