Job Responsibilities
- Prepare aluminium surfaces by cleaning, sanding, and masking before painting.
- Apply primer, paint, and protective coatings using spray guns, rollers, or brushes.
- Mix paints and coatings according to specifications to achieve the required finish.
- Inspect painted surfaces for quality, color consistency, and defects.
- Repair and touch up damaged painted surfaces when required.
- Operate and maintain painting tools and equipment safely.
- Follow workplace safety procedures and use personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Keep the work area clean and organized.
- Meet daily production targets while maintaining quality standards.
- Work effectively as part of the production team.
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience as a painter in an aluminium, metal fabrication, or manufacturing company.
- Knowledge of spray painting techniques and surface preparation.
- Physically fit and willing to work 10-hour shifts with overtime.
- Ability to follow safety procedures and quality standards.
- Basic English communication is preferred.
- Immediate joiners are preferred.
Pay: AED1,000.00 – AED1,500.00 per month
