What You’ll Do
- Speak with inbound international leads and understand their wedding needs
- Build trust with couples through clear, empathetic, and confident communication
- Recommend the right wedding solution based on each client’s situation
- Manage your pipeline, follow-ups, and client updates using CRM tools
- Handle a high volume of leads while staying structured and responsive
- Convert qualified leads into confirmed clients
- Work closely with our international team to create a smooth client experience
