? Welcome guests warmly, assist with inquiries, and provide directions or hotel information.
? Coordinate with Front Office, Concierge, and Guest Relations to ensure smooth and efficient guest service.
? Escort guests when needed and monitor the lobby to keep it clean, organized, and guest friendly.
? Handle guest concerns, support VIP arrivals, and stay updated on hotel services, facilities, and safety standards.
