We are currently looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Sales cum Project engineer to join our team at Haz Marble – U.A.E.
As a Sales cum Project engineer, you will drive business growth by understanding customer needs, providing technical solutions and effectively articulating the value of our products or services. Your role will be pivotal in effectively communicating technical information to customers and helping to develop and maintain relationships to build trust. Your Tasks (Duties & Responsibilities):
.Prepare and give technical presentations to explain to customers how the products and services work.
· Work with the customers and Engineers to ensure the equipment meets the system requirements· Prepare, give commercial proposal to customers to secure new Projects and ensuring Project meets agreed specifications, budgets and timescales.
· Contributing to sales strategies, pricing decisions and contract negotiations based on technical considerations.
· Technical support for all site teams, supervisors and answering, finding solutions for all required clarification during construction process.
· Coordinating with consultants, main contractor, and other trades as necessary in meetings as and when required
. Required skills and qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree in Civil engineering.
· Minimum 5 years of work experience as a Sales engineer.
· Strong knowledge of Natural / Artificial Stones, various type of External Façade and Fixing Systems, CAD software, MS-Excel, Structural analysis tools, relevant industry standards and codes.
· Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
· Knowledge of the U.A.E market and customer preferences.
· Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
· UAE Driving License Holder
