Job Overview:
We are looking for a Digital Marketing Executive who is strong in Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram Advertising) and Google Ads can manage digital marketing campaigns with a clear focus on generating leads, inquiries, and sales for a Scent Diffuser and Aroma Oil Company.
The ideal candidate should be hands-on with campaign setup, audience targeting, creative testing, optimization, and performance analysis.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, create, launch, and manage Meta Ads campaigns on Facebook and Instagram.
- Set up campaigns for leads, WhatsApp inquiries, website traffic, and sales.
- Research and test audiences, interests, creatives, ad copies, placements, and campaign objectives.
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize budgets to improve CPL, CPA, ROAS, CTR, and conversions.
- Create and test different ad creatives, headlines, primary texts, and CTAs.
- Track and analyze campaign results and prepare regular performance reports.
- Identify underperforming campaigns and take corrective action.
- Manage social media marketing activities across relevant platforms.
- Coordinate with the design/content team to develop high-performing marketing creatives.
- Conduct competitor and market research to identify new advertising opportunities.
- Support website and SEO-related digital marketing activities when required.
- Stay updated with Meta advertising tools, policies, targeting options, and digital marketing trends.
Requirements:
- Strong hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager is mandatory.
- 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing or a similar role.
- Good understanding of Facebook & Instagram advertising.
- Experience running lead generation, WhatsApp, traffic, engagement, and sales campaigns.
- Understanding of campaign metrics such as CPC, CPM, CTR, CPL, CPA, ROAS, and conversion rate.
- Ability to analyze campaign data and make optimization decisions.
- Basic knowledge of Google Ads, Google Analytics, SEO, and WordPress is an advantage.
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet marketing targets.
What We Are Looking For:
We are looking for someone who can actually run and optimize campaigns, not someone who only knows how to create social media posts.
Candidates with proven experience in Meta Ads campaign management and performance marketing will be preferred.
Pay: AED3,000.00 – AED3,500.00 per month
