Factory Production Manager will oversee end-to-end operations of company Furniture’s production facility, ensuring high-quality output, on-time delivery, cost efficiency, and continuous improvement of production processes. The role connects design, procurement, and operations to ensure seamless execution of furniture manufacturing aligned with the company’s standards and client requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage all factory operations including production planning, scheduling, workflow, and manpower allocation.
- Supervise teams of carpenters, painters, upholsterers, and CNC/machine operators to ensure productivity and quality.
- Coordinate closely with design, procurement, and logistics departments to align project timelines.
- Implement and monitor quality control standards at every production stage.
- Ensure optimal use of raw materials, minimizing waste and maximizing output efficiency.
Pay: ﷼8,000.00 – ﷼15,000.00 per month
