Registrar Coordinator Jobs in Ras al-Khaimah at Innovative Education

We are seeking a detail-oriented, organized, and student-focused Registrar Coordinator to support the daily operations of the Office of the Registrar. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate student academic records, coordinating registration activities, supporting academic administration, and ensuring compliance with institutional policies and regulatory requirements.

The Registrar Coordinator will work closely with Academic Affairs, Admissions, Student Services, Finance, and other departments to ensure efficient academic record management and provide exceptional service to students, faculty, and staff.

1. Key Responsibilities1. Student Records & Academic Administration

  • Maintain accurate and confidential student academic records throughout the student lifecycle.
  • Process student registration, course enrollment, add/drop requests, withdrawals, deferments, and graduation applications.
  • Update and verify student information in the Student Information System (SIS/UMS).
  • Ensure academic records are complete, accurate, and compliant with institutional policies.

2. Registration & Enrollment Coordination

  • Coordinate semester registration activities and academic scheduling processes.
  • Assist students with registration-related inquiries and resolve enrollment issues.
  • Monitor registration deadlines and communicate important academic dates to students and faculty.
  • Coordinate classroom assignments and support course scheduling activities.

3. Academic Documentation

  • Prepare and issue official academic documents, including:
  • Official and unofficial transcripts
  • Enrollment verification letters
  • Bonafide certificates
  • Graduation letters
  • Academic status letters
  • Other Registrar-related documents.
  • Verify student records before issuing official documentation.
  • Maintain proper documentation and filing systems for all Registrar transactions.

4. Compliance & Reporting

  • Ensure compliance with University regulations, accreditation requirements, and Ministry of Education (MOE) guidelines.
  • Assist in preparing reports related to enrollment, graduation, academic progression, and student statistics.
  • Support internal and external audits by maintaining accurate academic records and documentation.
  • Monitor student academic status and assist with compliance reporting.

5. Student & Faculty Support

  • Provide professional and timely support to students regarding registration, academic records, and graduation requirements.
  • Assist faculty with class lists, grading submissions, attendance records, and academic administration.
  • Coordinate with Admissions, Finance, HR, and Academic Departments to ensure smooth academic operations.
  • Support Convocation, Orientation, and other academic events organized by the Registrar’s Office.

Qualifications & Skills RequiredMinimum Qualification

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Education Administration, Management, or a related field.

Experience

  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a Registrar’s Office, Academic Administration, Student Services, or Higher Education administration.
  • Experience working with Student Information Systems (SIS/ERP/UMS) is preferred.
  • Knowledge of UAE higher education regulations and Ministry of Education processes is an advantage.

Technical & Soft Skills

  • Excellent communication skills in English; Arabic is an added advantage.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy in handling academic records.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Student Information Systems.
  • Ability to manage confidential information with professionalism and integrity.
  • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced academic environment.

Pay: AED3,000.00 – AED4,000.00 per month
