Company Bus Driver Jobs in Dubai at Coccinelle
We are seeking a reliable, responsible, and safety-conscious Company Bus Driver to provide safe and timely transportation for employees and company-related deliveries. The driver will be responsible for the daily pick-up and drop-off of employees, transportation of company documents, goods, and orders, and ensuring the company vehicle is maintained in a clean, safe, and roadworthy condition.
The ideal candidate must have excellent driving skills, good knowledge of UAE roads, a professional attitude, and a strong commitment to passenger and road safety.
Responsibilities
- Safely transport employees between designated pick-up/drop-off points and other company locations.
- Follow approved daily routes and schedules.
- Ensure employees arrive safely and on time.
- Maintain punctuality and minimize delays.
- Maintain professional and respectful behaviour with all employees.
- Collect and deliver company orders, documents, supplies, and other authorized items between company locations, suppliers, customers, and other destinations.
- Ensure all goods and documents are handled carefully and delivered on time.
- Verify delivery notes, invoices, purchase orders, or other relevant documents when collecting or delivering items.
- Obtain signatures or proof of delivery when required.
- Never transport unauthorized goods or passengers.
- Conduct daily pre-trip inspections of the bus/vehicle, including tires, brakes, lights, fluids, mirrors, seat belts, doors, and other safety equipment.
- Report any mechanical defects, warning lights, damage, or safety concerns immediately.
- Keep the vehicle clean, hygienic, and presentable at all times.
- Ensure scheduled servicing, inspections, and maintenance are completed on time.
- Monitor fuel levels and report fuel or maintenance requirements to the supervisor.
- Maintain accurate records of mileage, fuel consumption, maintenance, and vehicle usage.
- Ensure the vehicle is parked securely at the designated company location after use.
- Strictly comply with UAE traffic laws, speed limits, parking regulations, and company driving policies.
- Report any accident, traffic violation, breakdown, or incident immediately to management.
- Maintain confidentiality regarding company operations, employees, customers, and deliveries.
- Do not use the company vehicle for personal purposes.
Requirements
- Valid UAE Driving License appropriate for the company bus/vehicle.
- Previous experience as a Bus Driver, Company Driver, Staff Transport Driver, or Delivery Driver is preferred.
- Minimum 2–3 years of driving experience in the UAE.
- Good knowledge of UAE roads, major locations, and traffic regulations.
- Clean and safe driving record.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Physically fit and able to work flexible hours.
- Ability to follow schedules, routes, and management instructions.
- Previous experience transporting employees and company goods is an advantage.
Pay: AED2,500.00 – AED3,000.00 per month
