Registered Nurse Instructor to teach Medical Courses Jobs in Abu Dhabi at ONYX Education and Development Institute
Institute is seeking a qualified and passionate Registered Nurse to join our team as a part-time instructor. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality training to Nursing Assistant students, CSSD, Phlebotomy and Caregiver, ensuring they are well-prepared for practical healthcare roles.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging classroom and practical training sessions for Nursing Assistant students, CSSD, Phlebotomy and Caregiver
- Develop lesson plans aligned with course objectives and industry standards
- Provide hands-on clinical training and supervision
- Assess student performance through exams, assignments, and practical evaluations
- Maintain accurate student records and progress reports
- Ensure compliance with relevant healthcare education standards and regulations
- Support students with guidance, mentoring, and career advice
- Collaborate with the academic team to enhance curriculum delivery
Requirements
- Valid Nursing qualification (Registered Nurse or equivalent)
- Minimum 2 years of clinical or teaching experience
- Teaching or training experience in healthcare education is highly preferred
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Ability to manage and motivate students effectively
- Familiarity with UAE healthcare training standards is an advantage
Working Hours
- Monday to Saturday
- 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
