Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled and safety-conscious MEWP Operator to join our team in Dubai. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating Manlifts, Cherry Pickers, and other Mobile Elevating Work Platforms (MEWPs) safely and efficiently while complying with all safety regulations and company procedures.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate various types of MEWPs, including Manlifts, Boom Lifts, and Scissor Lifts.
- Conduct daily pre-use inspections and report any defects immediately.
- Ensure safe operation of equipment at all times.
- Follow site safety procedures, permit requirements, and company policies.
- Work closely with supervisors and site teams to complete assigned tasks.
- Maintain equipment cleanliness and proper documentation.
- Use appropriate PPE and comply with all HSE requirements.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience operating MEWPs in the UAE.
- Valid UAE MEWP Operator License/Certificate (IPAF or equivalent preferred).
- Good understanding of safe working practices at height.
- Ability to read and understand basic English.
- Physically fit and able to work outdoors.
- Immediate joiners will be given preference.
