OLES AND RESPONSILITIES
1. Bill of Quantities (BOQ) Preparation & Specifications
Prepare and review BOQ based on project drawings and specifications.
Ensure accurate measurement of materials, labor, and equipment.
Identify discrepancies in drawings and provide cost implications.
Collaborate with engineers and architects to finalize specifications.
2. Estimation & Costing
Conduct cost analysis for various project elements.
Prepare detailed cost estimates for materials, labor, and equipment.
Evaluate alternative construction methods and materials for cost efficiency.
Assist in budget forecasting and financial planning for projects.
3. Tender Summary & Procurement
Prepare tender documents including BOQ, technical specifications, and pricing schedules.
Analyze bids and quotations from suppliers and subcontractors.
Compare tender prices and prepare a tender summary report for management.
Assist in contract negotiations with vendors and subcontractors.
4. Post-Contract Cost Control
Monitor project costs and ensure they stay within budget.
Track and certify work done for interim and final payments.
Identify variations and claims, preparing cost reports accordingly.
Conduct value engineering to optimize costs without compromising quality.
5. Reporting & Documentation
Prepare periodic cost reports and financial summaries.
Maintain records of all estimates, tenders, and contracts.
Ensure compliance with industry regulations and contract conditions.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED3,000.00 – AED5,000.00 per month
