Job Description
OBJECTIVE/ PURPOSE OF THE JOB:
The main objective of this role is to ensure the Division’s Top Line Sales are achieved, while maximizing B2B sales within both Retail and Professional Channels per Brand and per Country within the Beauty Division. The role involves reaching monthly, bi-annual, and annual sales budgets, door targets, and achieving KPIs and divisional financial objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Generate high sales leads for the Sales Division.
Penetrate distribution channels for each brand, considering USPs, policies, pricing, and competition.
Maximize sales for each brand in designated channels and achieve overall brand targets monthly.
Set sales strategies per category/brand in line with HOD directives.
Business development through cold calling and field visits to strategic locations.
Expand into new markets and grow existing client relationships.
Create, negotiate, and close commercial agreements.
Manage existing channels and identify upselling opportunities.
Open new doors and achieve monthly door targets.
Conduct daily market visits and build relationships with key accounts.
Arrange visits to potential clients, conduct presentations, and training as needed.
Implement merchandising guidelines and collaborate with marketing.
Drive sales promotions and special campaigns to boost sales and clear stocks.
Develop sales strategies to improve market share and collaborate with marketing teams.
Analyze sales data and market trends to inform strategies.
Participate in brand presentations, exhibitions, and events.
Manage stock levels, client payments, and debt recovery.
Provide insights from market data to forecast and plan.
Research competition and market demands, report findings, and identify new distribution channels.
Work with marketing on brand engagement and trade marketing plans.
Participate in new brand launches, masterclasses, and consumer events.
Monitor brand performance and sales figures, and suggest improvements.
Identify training needs and develop incentive schemes for sales personnel.
Monitor market trends and identify gaps in the market.
Coordinate with logistics for timely delivery and stock management.
Prepare weekly, monthly, and bi-annual reports on sales activities and performance.
Skills and Job Requirements
Degree in Beauty Therapy or related disciplines (Psychology, Business Management, Hospitality) from a reputable institution, with at least 2 years full-time study.
5-7 years of relevant B2B sales experience in the beauty industry.
3-5 years of B2B sales experience within the Gulf Countries, especially in key markets like UAE and KSA.
Fluent in English;
Arabic, French, or Russian is a plus.
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Valid driver’s license; GCC light vehicle license is a plus.
