We’re Hiring | Director of Sales –– Arabic Speaker – Catering, Hospitality & Events.
We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Director of Sales to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
The ideal candidate will have a strong proven track record in Catering, Hospitality, Banquets, Weddings, Corporate Events, and Outside Catering, with an established network and deep understanding of the Saudi market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and develop the Sales & Business Development strategy.
- Drive revenue growth across Catering, Hospitality, Banquets & Events.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, VIPs, event organizers, and key decision-makers.
- Identify and secure new business opportunities and high-value accounts.
- Lead negotiations, proposals, contracts, and commercial opportunities.
- Build, manage, and motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed targets.
- Develop strategic partnerships and expand the company’s market presence.
- Monitor sales performance, pipelines, forecasts, and KPIs.
- Work closely with Operations, Events, F&B, and Culinary teams to ensure successful business conversion and exceptional client experience.
The Ideal Candidate:
- Proven experience in a Director of Sales / Head of Sales / Senior Sales leadership role.
- Strong background in Catering, Hospitality, Banquets & Events.
- Solid knowledge of the Saudi / Riyadh market and strong industry connections.
- Proven record of achieving ambitious sales targets and generating new business.
- Strong leadership, negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
