Apply Digital solutions for recruitment and employee management to ensure customer satisfaction, problem resolution and operation excellence across Saudi.
Job responsibilities
Working with digital leader on basic troubleshooting, installation and service repair needed on designated digital systems.
Working together with connectivity teams to Improve Effective connectivity, processes, and infrastructure.
Keeping up to date on administrative responsibilities such as maintaining connectivity tasks logs and internal service records in a timely manner.
Utilize the escalation process to resolve customer digital service issues and conducting root cause analysis that will lead to effective problem solving.
Communicate with customers to ensure resolution and proper follow-up, leading to customer satisfaction.
A strong commitment to a career in technology with a passion and aptitude for both software and information technology.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree Human Resources , or a related field.
1-2 years of experience of Digital solutions for recruitment and employee management
Based in Riyadh
Strong analytical and quantitative skills
Strong IT and digital skills and capabilities.
Proven ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced changing environment
Ability to work independently with minimum direction
Excellent planning, prioritization and organizational skills
Excellent interpersonal and verbal & written communication skills
Demonstrated collaboration, negotiation and conflict resolution skills
Analytical, problem solving & root-cause analysis skills
Proficiency in Arabic/English
