About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Recruiter to join our HR team in Dubai. This role is ideal for professionals with a proven track record of hiring within the logistics and freight forwarding industry. The successful candidate will manage the full recruitment cycle across multiple functions and locations, partnering closely with hiring managers to attract and secure top talent in a competitive market.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle: from intake meetings with hiring managers to offer negotiation and pre-onboarding.
- Source candidates for logistics-specific roles, including sales executives, operations staff, pricing specialists, and management positions.
- Build talent pipelines through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and direct sourcing within the logistics and freight forwarding sector.
- Screen CVs and conduct structured interviews to assess both technical fit and cultural alignment.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers across multiple offices and time zones.
- Draft and publish job advertisements tailored to each role and market.
- Manage candidate communication throughout the process, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
- Maintain accurate records in the system and provide regular recruitment reports to management.
- Advise hiring managers on market conditions, salary benchmarks, and talent availability in the logistics sector.
- Support employer branding initiatives to strengthen the company’s position as an employer of choice.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of recruitment experience, with at least 1–2 years hiring for the logistics, freight forwarding, or supply chain industry.
- Strong understanding of logistics roles, functions, and market landscape (sales, operations, pricing, customs, warehousing).
- Proven ability to source passive candidates and close hard-to-fill positions.
- Experience recruiting across international markets is an advantage.
- Familiarity with UAE labor market and visa/employment regulations is a plus.
- Proficiency in ATS platforms, LinkedIn Recruiter, and sourcing tools.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills.
- Fluency in English is required; additional languages are an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
