We are looking for a Recruitment Specialist to join our company and support our growing recruitment requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Manage recruitment targets and ensure timely closures
Source and connect with direct candidates
Coordinate with recruitment agencies and develop new agency connections
Screen and shortlist suitable candidates based on job requirements
Conduct initial interviews and candidate assessments
Maintain regular follow-up with selected candidates
Coordinate with candidates throughout the visa and Emirates ID process
Maintain recruitment records and provide regular hiring updates
Salary and Incentives
Basic salary will be provided
Additional incentives will be offered based on target achievement and successful recruitment
Candidates with experience in bulk recruitment, blue-collar hiring, delivery riders, cyclists, warehouse staff, or manpower recruitment will be preferred.
