We are currently looking for experienced Senior Recruiters to lead the hiring of music and dance teachers globally.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for international music & dance teachers
- Source candidates globally using creative sourcing and headhunting strategies
- Handle high-volume and niche recruitment requirements
- Conduct screening interviews and coordinate hiring processes
- Build strong talent pipelines across different countries and regions
- Work closely with hiring managers to ensure recruitment targets and KPIs are met
Requirements:
- Minimum 4+ years of recruitment experience
- At least 1 year of recruitment agency experience preferred
- Multilingual
Strong experience in:
- Headhunting
- Creative sourcing
- Bulk hiring
- International recruitment
- Used to working on KPIs such as:
- Time to hire
- Quality of hire
- Hiring targets
- Excellent communication skills and confident, presentable personality
