Recruitment Manager to lead and manage the end-to-end recruitment process for one of our client Industrial / Manufacturing company. This role is pivotal in attracting top talent from both local and international markets to meet business needs. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the manufacturing industry, local labor laws, and international recruitment practices.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement comprehensive recruitment strategies aligned with the company’s objectives.
Collaborate with department heads to forecast hiring needs and create effective manpower plans.
Design and oversee recruitment campaigns targeting both local and international talent pools.
Utilize various sourcing methods, including online job portals, social media, recruitment agencies, and university partnerships, to attract qualified candidates.
Manage relationships with local and international recruitment agencies to ensure a steady pipeline of candidates.
Oversee the screening, interviewing, and selection processes to ensure the hiring of competent and culturally fit candidates.
Implement standardized assessment tools and competency-based interviews to maintain consistency and objectivity.
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master’s degree or HR certification is a plus.
Experience:
Minimum of 5 years in recruitment, with at least 2 years in a managerial role within the manufacturing or industrial sector.
Language Proficiency:
Fluent in English and Arabic.
