Recruitment Consultant / Senior Consultant
Budge has been in Dubai since 2003 and has always had a great reputation with candidates and clients alike. We’ve been through the tough times and now due to the increasing number of assignments, we’re looking to recruit an experienced Recruitment Consultant/Senior Consultant tojoin our teamin Dubai.
Reporting to the Director, you will be responsible for managing existing business, bringing on board new business, managing recruitment campaigns, sourcing/shortlisting and interviewing candidates, negotiating terms, and attending regular client meetings.
It doesn’t matter what sectors you have worked on; what is important is that you have had at least 3 years solid experience in recruitment with consistent billing, are an excellent communicator both verbally and in writing, and most importantly, you have anentrepreneurial spirit. We are looking for people who can work with a passion, who one day can run the business or open other offices.
